Both services are available from Kayseri (ASR) and Nevsehir (NAV). The better fit depends on your group size, budget and whether you prefer to share the journey with other passengers.

From €15 per person from NAV and €15 per person from ASR. The vehicle may make other confirmed hotel stops.

Mercedes Vito and Sprinter transfers are reserved for your party and priced per vehicle. Unlike the shared shuttle, they do not make hotel stops for other passengers.

How much is the shared airport shuttle?
The shared shuttle costs €15 per person one way from Kayseri Airport and €15 from Nevsehir Airport. For a return transfer, the fare is twice the one-way price for that airport.
How are private transfers priced?
Private transfers are priced per vehicle, not per person. A Mercedes Vito carries up to 5 passengers and a Sprinter up to 16; the fare depends on the airport.
Do you provide airport transfers 24 hours a day?
Yes. Confirmed airport transfers can be arranged for arrivals and departures throughout the day and night.
How do I meet the driver at the airport?
We send the meeting instructions with your booking confirmation. If a name sign is used, it will show the lead passenger name from the reservation.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We use the flight number in your booking to follow your arrival. If the flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup to the updated landing time, so the flight delay itself does not cause the reservation to be treated as missed.
How do I pay?
There is no online payment. You pay the driver in cash in EUR, USD or TRY. If a currency conversion is needed, the current exchange rate at the time of payment is used.
Do you need my full hotel address?
Usually not. The hotel or accommodation name is enough for the booking, so you do not need to send a street address or map pin.
How is a booking request confirmed?
We confirm booking requests on WhatsApp. Please wait for that confirmation before considering the transfer booked.
