The basic difference
A shared shuttle carries passengers from separate bookings, so the vehicle may stop at several hotels. A private transfer is reserved for your party and does not make hotel stops for unrelated shuttle passengers.
How the prices work
Shared shuttle is charged per person: €15 each way from Kayseri Airport and €15 each way from Nevsehir Airport.
Private transfers are charged per vehicle. A Mercedes Vito carries up to 5 passengers, while a Sprinter carries up to 16. Because the private fare covers the whole vehicle, the cost per person can become more competitive as the group gets larger.
When shared shuttle makes sense
For solo travellers and couples, shared shuttle is usually the lower-cost option. It works best when you are comfortable travelling with other booked passengers and allowing time for additional hotel stops.
When private transfer makes sense
A private transfer suits travellers who want a vehicle reserved for their party, families with more luggage, larger groups, or anyone who prefers to travel without the extra hotel stops of a shared service.
Airport pickup and return transfers
Both services can be booked for airport arrival, hotel-to-airport departure or a round trip. For arrivals, enter your flight number so we can follow the arrival. For departures, use the pickup time confirmed for your reservation rather than working backwards from the road-time estimate.
