Arriving at Nevsehir Airport
Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV) is the closer of Cappadocia's two main airports for many hotels in Göreme, Uçhisar, Ürgüp, Avanos, Çavuşin and Ortahisar.
The first stage of the airport's new terminal entered service on 16 February 2026. If you have travelled through NAV before, older photos or guides may no longer match the current arrival layout.
Meeting your transfer
Use the correct flight number and hotel name when you book. Meeting instructions are sent with the confirmation, and the flight number is used to follow the arrival if the aircraft is delayed.
Keep WhatsApp available on the number used for your booking after landing in case you need to check the meeting instructions.
Typical road times from NAV
Estimated road times are about 35–45 minutes to Göreme, 30–40 minutes to Uçhisar, 45–60 minutes to Ürgüp, 35–50 minutes to Avanos, 40–55 minutes to Çavuşin and 40–50 minutes to Ortahisar.
Traffic, weather, hotel access and other stops on a shared shuttle can change the actual journey time.
Is NAV always the better airport?
It is usually the shorter road transfer, but that does not automatically make it the best flight for your trip. Kayseri Airport can be more convenient when it has a better departure time, connection or fare.
Compare both airports before buying the flight, then use the Nevsehir Airport transfer page for current transfer prices and routes.
Shared shuttle or private transfer?
Shared shuttle is priced per passenger and may include other hotel stops. A private Vito or Sprinter is reserved for your party. The better value depends on your group size and how direct you want the journey to be.
