Private fares are charged per vehicle. A Vito carries up to 5 passengers and a Sprinter up to 16 passengers.
What you get with a private transfer
The vehicle is reserved for your party, so you do not share the journey with other passengers or make the hotel stops that may be part of a shared-shuttle run. It is a practical option for families, groups, travellers with extra luggage or anyone who prefers a direct transfer.
Airport pickup and flight delays
Enter your flight number when you book so we can follow your arrival. If the flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup to the updated landing time, so the flight delay itself does not cause the booking to be treated as missed.
Meeting instructions are sent with your confirmation. After landing, keep WhatsApp available on the number used for the booking.
Private transfer for the return journey
You can also book hotel-to-airport service. Enter your departure flight and hotel name, then follow the confirmed pickup time rather than working it out from the driving estimate alone.
